Citizens' personal data is stored and processed on infrastructure inside the jurisdiction, in line with local data-protection and localization law. In Uzbekistan, that is the Law on Personal Data (ZRU-547).
Air-gapped
The platform can be deployed in an isolated network with no internet access, running on local language models.
People decide
AI drafts, checks and proposes. Signatures, resolutions and legally binding actions stay with the responsible official.
Every step on record
Who asked, what the agent answered, which documents it cited, who approved the action. The log is open to audit.

Most global AI products handle languages like Uzbek or Kazakh poorly, especially speech and text that mixes scripts. We tune speech recognition and synthesis to the local language and check quality on real requests.
